Joyntly, a North Carolina-based leadership technology company helping employers turn leadership insights into measurable behavior change, has been awarded an NC IDEA SEED Grant to accelerate product innovation and market growth.
The highly competitive NC IDEA SEED program provides early-stage investment to North Carolina startup companies with strong potential for growth, economic impact, and innovation. The award recognizes Joyntly’s mission to help leaders build better habits, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive meaningful workplace outcomes through practical, behavior-focused development.
