Joyntly is excited to announce our participation in the 2025 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Conference in Denver this April. Our team will be presenting in two sessions that showcase innovative research and practical strategies for workplace development, with a focus on the latest science behind personality growth and behavior change.
In the session titled Personality Development in the Workplace: An Interactive Science-Practice Discussion, Joyntly CEO Dr. Kate Frear and graduate assistant Elana White will lead an interactive panel discussion alongside five experts, including Joyntly co-founder Dr. Sam Paustian-Underdahl. This session explores how fostering personality growth can unlock leadership potential, improve employee performance, and create meaningful organizational change. The interactive format will provide a dynamic space for panelists and attendees to share insights and ideas, bridging science and practice.
Dr. Paustian-Underdahl will also present in the session Innovations in the Measurement and Use of Personality Assessments: Re-IGNITE 4, where attendees will hear about the latest advancements in personality measurement and application. From gamified assessments to AI-driven insights and personality change interventions, this session highlights how organizations can leverage cutting-edge personality tools to enhance leadership development and team dynamics.
These sessions reflect Joyntly’s commitment to driving change in the workplace by blending research with practical solutions. We’re proud to contribute to conversations that are shaping the future of leadership and employee development.
