Joyntly recently had the privilege of speaking and exhibiting at two Association for Talent Development (ATD) events, engaging with learning and development (L&D) professionals eager to explore innovative, evidence-based approaches to leadership growth.
ATD TechKnowledge 2025: AI-Powered Learning in Action
At ATD TechKnowledge 2025 in Las Vegas, we had an incredible opportunity to sponsor and take center stage at the Tech Tank session. Kate Frear, PhD, Co-Founder & CEO of Joyntly, delivered a compelling pitch on how Joyntly is transforming leadership development through personalized, behavior-based learning.
Her session, Assess, Design, and Deliver Learning with One Click, introduced an innovative approach to seamlessly integrating learning needs assessment, AI-generated learning paths, and behavioral learning to drive real change.
Key insights from Joyntly’s session included:
🔹 A real-world talent development use case for AI
🔹 How assessment data can be leveraged to design personalized learning paths
🔹 The power of behavioral learning for lasting soft skills development
Beyond the session, our exhibit in the TK Exchange at #ATDTK allowed us to connect with L&D professionals, showcase Joyntly’s AI-powered learning platform, and discuss how technology can take the guesswork out of leadership growth.
A huge thank you to ATD TechKnowledge for an incredible event! We loved engaging with forward-thinking L&D professionals and participating in shaping the future of soft skills development.
ATD NEFL: Leadership Development and Employee Engagement
Meanwhile, at the ATD Northeast Florida (NEFL) annual event, Sam Paustian-Underdahl, PhD, Co-Founder of Joyntly, had the opportunity to speak and exhibit, sharing insights on how leadership development initiatives drive employee engagement.
Sam’s session focused on:
🔹 The link between leadership development and employee engagement
🔹 How organizations can design leadership programs that drive real impact
🔹 The importance of evidence-based approaches to leadership growth
At the Joyntly exhibit, we connected with local L&D professionals, discussing how AI-powered behavioral learning can help organizations build stronger, more engaged teams. The event sparked fantastic conversations about personalized leadership development and the future of learning in the workplace.
A big thank you to ATD NEFL for hosting such an inspiring event and to everyone who stopped by our session and exhibit! The enthusiasm for evidence-based leadership strategies was energizing, and we’re excited to continue supporting organizations in their leadership development journeys.
Joyntly is excited to be part of the evolving future of leadership development, helping organizations build stronger, more effective leaders.🚀
